Position: IT Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to all hotel staff for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and hotel-specific software (e.g., PMS).
- Manage network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and internet connectivity.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve all IT related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree with relevan education background.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
- Good Communication.
- Positive attitude and outgoing person.
- Strong understanding of hotel systems (PMS, POS) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of network configuration, troubleshooting, and security.
- Ability to work independently and respond to urgent support requests.
