Position: Account Receivable Staff
Responsibilities:
- Manage and process all invoices and ensure timely billing.
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and collection activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Receivable Staff or in a similar finance role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of billing and collection procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
