Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and other documents for clients.
- Manage client databases and update sales records in the CRM system.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist in coordinating site inspections, client events, and sales trips.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales coordination or administrative role, preferably in a hotel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM or hotel sales software is a plus.
- Detail oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a team player.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
