Position: Housekeeping Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily Housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional service and standards.
- Manage, train, and mentor the Housekeeping and Laundry team members.
- Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards for all guest rooms and public areas.
- Control departmental expenses and manage linen/supply inventory efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or equivalent role in a 4 or 5 star hotel/resort.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and chemicals.
- Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost control for the Housekeeping department.
- Proficiency in Opera or other hotel management software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Detail oriented, organized, and focused on guest satisfaction.
