Position: Housekeeping Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily Housekeeping operations, ensuring exceptional service and standards.
  • Manage, train, and mentor the Housekeeping and Laundry team members.
  • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and standards for all guest rooms and public areas.
  • Control departmental expenses and manage linen/supply inventory efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality assurance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or equivalent role in a 4 or 5 star hotel/resort.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of cleaning standards, hygiene protocols, and chemicals.
  • Ability to manage budgets, inventory, and cost control for the Housekeeping department.
  • Proficiency in Opera or other hotel management software.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and focused on guest satisfaction.
