Position: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager (Government)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting the government segment.
• Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with key government clients and agencies.
• Manage key accounts, negotiate contracts, and successfully achieve sales targets.
• Lead and mentor junior sales staff, providing clear guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and competitive analyses for senior management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably with a strong focus on the government segment.
• Strong network of contacts within government bodies and public sector organizations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Target oriented with a strong drive to achieve consistent results.
