Position: Senior Sales Manager / Sales Manager (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic sales plans to attract and retain corporate clients.
• Actively manage corporate accounts and develop new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts for corporate room nights, MICE, and other events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the corporate segment.
• Guide and support the corporate sales team to meet collective goals and targets.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in hotel sales with a proven focus on the corporate market.
• Strong portfolio of existing corporate client relationships.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient with hotel CRM and sales management software.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
