Position: Sales Manager – Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Actively solicit new business and build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and DMCs.
• Negotiate corporate rates and contracts in line with the hotel’s strategy.
• Conduct sales calls, presentations, and site inspections for potential clients.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Possesses relevant experience as a Corporate Sales Manager within the industry.
• Demonstrates the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
• Exhibits excellent command of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Highly committed to delivering exceptional guest service with a strong customer oriented mindset.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Jakarta corporate market.
• Strong negotiation and account management skills.
• Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
