Position: Asst. Restaurant Manager The Drawing Room
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all operations of The Drawing Room.
- Supervise and train the service team to ensure flawless execution of high tea and all day dining service.
- Manage guest relations, handle feedback, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory, manage costs, and assist with staff scheduling.
- Uphold all St. Regis brand standards for service, presentation, and ambiance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and cocktails.
- Guest focused with a keen eye for detail and a passion for service excellence.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficient in POS systems and restaurant management software.
- Professional demeanor and immaculate presentation.
