Position: Spa Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the spa operations, including guest services, treatments, and facilities.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, train, and manage the performance of all spa therapists and receptionists.
- Control costs, manage budgets, and oversee inventory of spa products.
- Ensure the highest standards of luxury, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are maintained.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Spa Manager role within a five star hotel or luxury spa.
- Strong financial acumen and proven ability to drive spa revenue.
- Excellent leadership, training, and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury guest service.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
- Impeccable grooming and professional presence.
