Position: Spa Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the spa operations, including guest services, treatments, and facilities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Lead, train, and manage the performance of all spa therapists and receptionists.
• Control costs, manage budgets, and oversee inventory of spa products.
• Ensure the highest standards of luxury, hygiene, and guest satisfaction are maintained.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Spa Manager role within a five star hotel or luxury spa.
• Strong financial acumen and proven ability to drive spa revenue.
• Excellent leadership, training, and interpersonal skills.
• In depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and luxury guest service.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is an advantage.
• Impeccable grooming and professional presence.
