Position: Server The Drawing Room

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional and elegant service to guests in The Drawing Room.
• Take orders for high tea, beverages, and all day dining items accurately.
• Present and serve food and beverages according to St. Regis standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable luxury dining experience.
• Maintain a clean and well stocked service station.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or F&B Attendant in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Passion for service and strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional, poised, and well groomed.
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts.
