Position: Server The Drawing Room
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional and elegant service to guests in The Drawing Room.
- Take orders for high tea, beverages, and all day dining items accurately.
- Present and serve food and beverages according to St. Regis standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a memorable luxury dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and well stocked service station.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Server or F&B Attendant in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Passion for service and strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Professional, poised, and well groomed.
- Ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
- Willing to work flexible shifts.
