Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all hotel operations during assigned shifts, acting as the Manager on Duty.
• Supervise Front Office operations, including check in, check out, and guest services.
• Handle and resolve any guest complaints or operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all hotel safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Support and coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Duty Manager or Front Office Supervisor in a four or five star hotel.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
