Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all guest check in and check out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and comments in a professional and timely manner.
• Handle reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
• Process payments accurately and maintain guest folios.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Guest oriented mindset with a professional and friendly appearance.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle situations calmly.
• Willing to work in shifts.
