Position: Concierge (Part Time Position)
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests to the hotel and provide assistance with luggage.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Manage guest mail, messages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and concierge desk.
Qualifications:
- Motivated individual with a warm and friendly personality.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Good knowledge of the Bekasi area is an advantage.
- Able to work flexible shifts and stand for extended periods.
- Based in Bekasi and committed to growing professionally.
