Position: Guest Experience Agent
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key ambassador for the resort, embodying the “Be You” spirit.
- Proactively engage with guests throughout their stay to ensure their experience is exceptional.
- Gather, analyze, and act on guest feedback to resolve issues and identify service improvements.
- Coordinate with all departments to fulfill guest requests and solve problems.
- Support the Front Office team with check in, check out, and other guest service functions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or a similar guest facing role in a 5 star resort.
- An energetic, personable, and empowered personality.
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English, with additional languages being an advantage.
- Passionate about guest service and creating memorable stays.
- Proficient in hotel PMS, such as Opera.
