Position: FB Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operation of all F&B outlets, including fine dining, bars, and banquet events.
• Lead, train, and manage the F&B service team to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of F&B experience with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high end restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In depth knowledge of fine dining, wine, and beverage service.
• Proven financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
• Passionate about F&B trends and guest experience.
