Position: FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire operation of all F&B outlets, including fine dining, bars, and banquet events.
- Lead, train, and manage the F&B service team to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize inventory.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of F&B experience with at least 2 years in a management role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high end restaurant.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- In depth knowledge of fine dining, wine, and beverage service.
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Passionate about F&B trends and guest experience.
