Position: HK Supervisor

General Requirements:

  • Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year
  • Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
  • Degree on any hospitality related course
  • Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
  • Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
  • Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train all housekeeping staff, including room attendants and public area cleaners.
  • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness.
  • Manage staff schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor performance.
  • Control housekeeping inventory, manage supplies, and oversee linen and laundry operations.
  • Handle guest requests and complaints related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
