Position: Villa Host

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized, seamless, and high-quality service to villa guests from check-in to check-out (Guest Relations).
• Act as the single point of contact for guests, coordinating all requests, reservations, and in-villa dining needs efficiently.
• Ensure all guests’ preferences and special requests are anticipated and executed meticulously.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling guest information and sensitive issues.
• Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to deliver an exceptional, cohesive luxury experience.
• Conduct personalized check-in and check-out procedures within the villas, maintaining high standards of presentation and efficiency.
• Promote and upsell hotel services and facilities naturally to enhance the guest experience and revenue.

Qualifications:

• Have an experience at the same position at 4/5-star hotel/resort, preferably in a Guest Relations or Butler capacity in the Bali luxury market.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred for this specialized role.
• Possess pleasant personality, outgoing persona, good teamwork, and strong customer service skills.
• Must be fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, for effective communication with a global clientele.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment on the cliffs of Uluwatu.
• Must be Bali-based and possess current residency or work eligibility in Indonesia.
• Excellent organizational skills and impeccable grooming standards are essential.
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate guest needs and maintain confidentiality.
