Position: Assistant Front Office Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the Front Office team, fostering a culture of excellence and strong communication.
  • Handle complex guest concerns, complaints, and challenging situations promptly and professionally.
  • Manage room inventory, check-in, check-out procedures, and ensure accurate cash handling and billing.
  • Ensure the Front Office team maintains high professional standards, anticipating guest needs effectively in the Karawang area.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or a senior supervisory role in a reputable hotel.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills for managing a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, essential for handling operational issues.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for professional guest communication.
