Position: Assistant Front Office Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the department, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the Front Office team, fostering a culture of excellence and strong communication.
- Handle complex guest concerns, complaints, and challenging situations promptly and professionally.
- Manage room inventory, check-in, check-out procedures, and ensure accurate cash handling and billing.
- Ensure the Front Office team maintains high professional standards, anticipating guest needs effectively in the Karawang area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of progressive experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or a senior supervisory role in a reputable hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and delegation skills for managing a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, essential for handling operational issues.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, is mandatory for professional guest communication.
- Must be a passionate and talented individual ready to take their career to the next level.
