Position: Director of Operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as Director of Operations or a similar executive role in a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of driving operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Deep understanding of budgeting, P&L management, and strategic planning across multiple departments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities to manage and motivate large teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to maintain high standards and compliance with international hospitality brand procedures.
