Position: Order Taker
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similiar position
- Highly motivated and energetic person, good team player
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Applicants residing in Bojonegoro are strongly preferred
- Experience as a Housekeeping Order Taker or in a similar coordination role
- Excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Ability to use hotel systems (PMS/Housekeeping) to log and track guest requests
