Position: GRO (Guest Relations Officer)
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and assistance.
- Welcome guests to the Day Club, Night Club, or Resort, handling inquiries and special requests.
- Build rapport with guests, anticipate their needs, and gather feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Manage VIP guest relations and ensure their specific needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a GRO or in a guest facing role in a luxury hotel or lifestyle venue.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- A warm, welcoming, and energetic personality.
- Strong problem solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to remember guest preferences and names.
- Fluent in English is essential.
- Impeccable personal presentation.
