Position: Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the social media strategy for MAHA Resort Bali, Day Club, and Night Club.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (photos, videos, stories) across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage and grow the online community, responding to comments and messages in the brand’s voice.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics, providing regular reports.
• Collaborate with influencers and the marketing team on campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, with a strong portfolio of managing lifestyle or hospitality brands in Bali.
• Deep understanding of all major social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent content creation skills, including basic photo/video editing.
• Strong copywriting and community management skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the Canggu lifestyle scene.
• Ability to analyze data and adapt strategies.
• Fluent in English.
