Position: Assistant Chief Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Chief Engineer in managing the entire Engineering department and hotel facilities.
  • Oversee the implementation of the preventative maintenance program for all MEP systems.
  • Supervise the engineering team, manage rosters, and provide technical guidance.
  • Manage building maintenance, energy conservation programs, and safety compliance.
  • Act as department head in the absence of the Chief Engineer.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or senior Engineering Supervisor in a 5-star hotel, preferably a high-rise building in Jakarta.
  • Strong technical background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Passionate and driven to maintain the property to the highest standards.
  • Strong understanding of building safety codes and energy management.
  • Creative problem-solver with a hands-on approach.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
