Position: Sport & Recreation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all daily sport and recreation activities for guests at the Ubud resort.
• Lead and schedule the recreation team, ensuring all activities are safe, engaging, and well-organized.
• Plan and coordinate guest activities, such as archery, yoga, and other resort programs.
• Maintain all sports equipment and recreational facilities to the highest safety standards.
• Interact with guests, promote recreational offerings, and ensure a memorable resort experience.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation or sports supervision, preferably in a resort.
• Good planning, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and safety-focused.
• First aid or lifeguard certification is an advantage.
• Good communication in English.
