Position: Bar Manager

Responsibilities:

• Design and manage the hotel’s bar program, including a signature bar concept.
• Develop innovative cocktail menus and manage beverage inventory.
• Train and lead the mixology and bar service team to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ensure the bar’s profitability through effective cost control and revenue-driving initiatives.
• Create a vibrant and sophisticated atmosphere aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand.

Qualifications:

• Proven success as a Bar Manager or Head Mixologist in a luxury hotel or high-profile bar.
• Expert knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern mixology trends.
• A creative visionary with a passion for beverage innovation and presentation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in training and team development.
• Excellent financial management skills, including inventory and cost control.
• Experience in the Surabaya nightlife or F&B scene is an advantage.
• Charismatic personality with strong guest engagement skills.
