Position: Graphic Design

Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and create high-end visual collateral for all hotel departments (F&B, Sales, Spa, etc.).
• Design materials for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and e-newsletters.
• Develop print materials such as brochures, menus, and in-room directories.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the brand’s luxury, elegant, and timeless style guidelines.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing creative and sophisticated design, preferably for luxury brands or hospitality.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A passionate designer with a keen eye for detail, typography, and layout.
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into compelling visual stories.
• Experience in photography or videography is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced pre-opening environment in Surabaya.
• Creative, innovative, and committed to excellence.
