Position: Cluster Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts for Conrad Bali and other Hilton properties from the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO).
- Proactively solicit new business and achieve cluster sales targets from the Jakarta market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE organizers in Jakarta.
- Represent the Hilton cluster at trade shows and sales missions.
- Collaborate with the Conrad Bali sales team to drive revenue.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a cluster or JSO role for a 5-star hotel chain.
- **Must be based in Jakarta.**
- Strong network of corporate and MICE contacts in Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Fluent in English.
