Position: Cluster Sales Manager – JSO

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts for Conrad Bali and other Hilton properties from the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO).
• Proactively solicit new business and achieve cluster sales targets from the Jakarta market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and MICE organizers in Jakarta.
• Represent the Hilton cluster at trade shows and sales missions.
• Collaborate with the Conrad Bali sales team to drive revenue.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in a cluster or JSO role for a 5-star hotel chain.
• **Must be based in Jakarta.**
• Strong network of corporate and MICE contacts in Jakarta.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Fluent in English.
