Position: Food & Beverage Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations, including multiple restaurants, beach club, room service, and banquets.
  • Lead and manage the entire F&B service team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Drive F&B revenue, manage costs, and implement promotional strategies.
  • Oversee staff training and development in alignment with Mövenpick’s culinary legacy.
  • Ensure all outlets comply with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role (e.g., Assistant Director, F&B Manager) in a large 5-star resort.
  • Strong operational, leadership, and financial management skills.
  • Experience managing multiple outlets, including beach clubs and MICE.
  • Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
  • Passion for service, food, and beverage with an innovative mindset.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
