Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of F&B in overseeing all food and beverage operations, including multiple restaurants, beach club, room service, and banquets.
- Lead and manage the entire F&B service team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Drive F&B revenue, manage costs, and implement promotional strategies.
- Oversee staff training and development in alignment with Mövenpick’s culinary legacy.
- Ensure all outlets comply with hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a senior F&B management role (e.g., Assistant Director, F&B Manager) in a large 5-star resort.
- Strong operational, leadership, and financial management skills.
- Experience managing multiple outlets, including beach clubs and MICE.
- Pre-opening experience is a significant advantage.
- Passion for service, food, and beverage with an innovative mindset.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
