Position: Complex Director of Food & Beverage
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale F&B operations covering restaurants, bars, lounges, and events across multiple properties.
- Drive commercial leadership with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and revenue optimization.
- Enhance guest experiences and maintain luxury service standards.
- Develop creative concepts for successful openings and brand development.
- Manage, coach, and develop large, diverse teams across service and culinary functions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel and independent F&B environments.
- Stable career progression to senior-level and multi-property responsibilities within luxury hospitality.
- Strong commercial acumen and P&L accountability.
- Exceptional track record in handling VIP and VVIP clientele.
- Advanced leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams.
