Position: Food & Beverage Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct all food and beverage service operations to achieve guest satisfaction and revenue targets
- Oversee the performance and training of the restaurant and banquet teams
- Implement strategic F&B plans and cost control measures
- Maintain high service standards and handle guest feedback effectively
- Coordinate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless dining experiences
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in F&B management within luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, organizational, and numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Guest focused with a passion for service excellence
- Proficiency in F&B management software and systems
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management
