Position: Banquet Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise banquet events to ensure they run smoothly and consistently
- Lead the banquet team in event setup, service, and teardown
- Maintain high standards of presentation and hygiene in event venues
- Handle guest requests and resolve any event issues promptly
- Monitor event equipment and report any maintenance needs
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a supervisor in banquet operations
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with a focus on event execution and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexible hours
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
