Mövenpick Resort & Spa Bintan Lagoon is a new world class beach getaway destination located on the scenic shores of Bintan, overlooking the South China Sea. Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee daily restaurant operations to achieve service and revenue goals
- Lead and mentor the dining team to maintain Mövenpick’s service standards
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements promptly
- Manage operational costs and inventory levels within the outlet
- Coordinate with the culinary team for menu execution and promotions
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury resort
- Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Deep understanding of food and beverage service excellence
- Detail-oriented and guest-focused mindset
- Result-oriented with a passion for revenue growth
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
