Position: Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee daily restaurant operations to achieve service and revenue goals
  • Lead and mentor the dining team to maintain Mövenpick’s service standards
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement service improvements promptly
  • Manage operational costs and inventory levels within the outlet
  • Coordinate with the culinary team for menu execution and promotions

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury resort
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Deep understanding of food and beverage service excellence
  • Detail-oriented and guest-focused mindset
  • Result-oriented with a passion for revenue growth
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
