Position: Asst. Rest. Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily dining operations
- Ensure service crew are following all standard operating procedures
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Handle guest feedback and ensure immediate service recovery
- Monitor cleanliness and presentation standards in the outlet
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B leadership roles within luxury properties
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Fluent in English is required
- Degree or diploma in hospitality management
