Position: Asst. Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Banquet Manager in planning and executing all events.
- Oversee the setup and teardown of event spaces and equipment.
- Ensure high service standards are maintained during banquet functions.
- Coordinate logistics with the culinary and stewarding teams.
- Handle client communication and on-site requests efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Banquet Supervisor or Asst. Manager.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale events and banquets in a hotel setting.
- Strong organizational and detailed planning skills.
- Excellent leadership and client communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Knowledge of audiovisual equipment setup and functionality.
- Familiarity with the MICE market in Banten.
