Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and secure corporate, MICE, and leisure group bookings for the resort.
- Manage client relationships from initial inquiry through to contract negotiation and execution.
- Conduct site inspections, sales calls, and networking events to generate leads.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly individual sales revenue targets.
- Report sales performance and market feedback accurately to the DOSM.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager or senior Sales Executive in a hotel.
- Proven ability to develop new business and manage key account relationships effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent presentation and professional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Familiarity with the Anyer and Jakarta MICE/corporate market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality.
- Strong commitment to achieving ambitious sales goals.
