Position: JSO Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate leads and secure corporate, MICE, and leisure group bookings from the Jakarta market.
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of key accounts within the Jakarta Sales Office.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client presentations, and networking events in Jakarta.
- Coordinate client site inspections and visits to the Anyer resort.
- Achieve individual sales targets and report weekly activity to the JSO leadership.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sales Manager focused on the Jakarta corporate market.
- Strong network and proven ability to secure MICE and group business from Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong organizational and self-management skills for an off-site office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Hospitality.
- Willingness to travel between Jakarta and Anyer as needed.
