Position: Service Centre Agent
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the central hub for all guest communication and internal work order dispatching.
- Answer all incoming internal and external calls professionally and accurately, adhering to resort telephone etiquette.
- Log all guest service and maintenance requests into the system and dispatch them to the correct department (Engineering, Housekeeping).
- Monitor the completion status of all requests and follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle wake-up call requests, basic resort information inquiries, and internal communication flow.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Centre Agent, Call Center Agent, or Order Taker.
- Exceptional telephone etiquette and clear verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using PABX and internal work order/call logging systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize urgent requests, and remain calm under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in logging information.
- Willingness to support the resort’s operational efficiency 24/7.
- Strong commitment to guest satisfaction for the luxury Anyer resort.
