Position: Laundry Attendant
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain all laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, and pressing machines, safely and effectively.
- Sort, wash, dry, iron, and fold all hotel linens, uniforms, and guest laundry according to established standards.
- Inspect all items for stains, damage, and wear, handling them with proper care and attention to detail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laundry area at all times.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all chemical handling and safety procedures mandated for the laundry department.
- Assist in inventory count and proper storage of all clean linen and uniforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laundry Attendant in a high-volume hotel or resort setting.
- Solid understanding of laundry processes, chemical handling, and operating commercial laundry machines.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to handle large volumes of laundry.
- High degree of attention to detail to ensure perfect quality of cleaned items.
- Must be a quick learner, willing to take direction, and a strong team player.
- Available to work as a **Daily Worker (DW)**, offering flexibility to support dynamic Bali hotel operations.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia are required for internal team coordination.
