Position: Junior Security Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily security operations to ensure the safety of guests and staff
- Patrol hotel premises and monitor surveillance systems
- Respond to emergency situations and incidents promptly
- Assist in training security officers on procedures and protocols
- Prepare incident reports and maintain security logs
Qualifications:
- Background in security or law enforcement is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security role, preferably in a hotel
- Gada Pratama or Gada Madya certification is an advantage
- Good physical fitness and observation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Indonesia
