Position: Security Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive security protocols to ensure the safety of guests, staff, and property
- Lead and train the security team on emergency response procedures and loss prevention strategies
- Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments across all resort facilities and grounds
- Liaise with local authorities and law enforcement for official safety and security coordination
- Monitor surveillance systems and manage security incident reports with detailed analysis
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Security Manager or in a senior security leadership role within the hotel industry
- In depth knowledge of safety regulations, fire safety protocols, and first aid procedures
- Strong leadership and crisis management skills with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Relevant security certifications or training from recognized institutions
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia for reporting and coordination
- High integrity and commitment to maintaining a secure resort environment
- Physical fitness and readiness to respond to operational needs at any time
