Position: Chief Loss & Prevention / Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Lead the security and loss prevention department to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response procedures for the property.
- Oversee investigations into any incidents of loss, theft, or safety breaches.
- Manage the departmental operating budget and monitor security equipment maintenance.
- Ensure all security personnel are properly trained and hold necessary local licenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in a 4 or 5 star premium luxury hotel.
- A Garda Utama license is strictly required for this position.
- Proven leadership abilities and strong track record of incident management.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and bilingual communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal abilities.
