Position: Guest Service Agent
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5 star Hotel
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for service
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
