Position: FB Director / FB Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Food & Beverage operations to ensure profitability and guest satisfaction
- Develop F&B strategies, menus, and promotions
- Manage and train the F&B team to deliver high service standards
- Monitor inventory, costs, and budget compliance
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background with the position being applied are preferred
