Position: HSE Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the implementation of HSE policies and procedures in the workplace
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment, facilities, and work areas to ensure compliance with HSE standards
  • Identify potential hazards and perform risk assessments
  • Provide HSE guidance and training to employees and contractors
  • Coordinate incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and prepare corrective action reports
  • Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) according to company and legal standards
  • Prepare and submit regular HSE reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management
  • Monitor compliance with government regulations, ISO standards (e.g., ISO 45001/14001), and company policies
  • Collaborate with operational teams to promote and strengthen safety culture in the workplace
  • Supervise emergency response programs and lead drills (fire drill, evacuation, first aid)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or oil & gas industries
  • Certified HSE Officer / General Safety (AK3) is an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
