Position: Commis (Daily Worker)
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items under the supervision of senior chefs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Measure ingredients and prepare mise-en-place for service
- Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of culinary arts and kitchen operations
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
- Passion for cooking and food preparation
- Previous experience in a kitchen role is an advantage
