Position: Chef de Partie (Teppanyaki Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Teppanyaki dishes in front of guests with skill and flair
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Assist in monitoring inventory and reducing food waste
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a Teppanyaki setting
- Skilled in Teppanyaki cooking and performance
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with guests
- Commitment to hygiene and safety standards
- Indonesian Nationals only due to work permit limitations
