Position: Demi Chef de Partie (Teppanyaki Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Support the Chef de Partie in the preparation and service of Teppanyaki dishes
- Prepare ingredients and mise-en-place for daily operations
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines accurately
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Experience in a Teppanyaki or Japanese kitchen environment
- Basic knowledge of Teppanyaki cooking techniques
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills
- Good teamwork and communication abilities
- Indonesian Nationals only due to work permit limitations
