Position: Pastry Chef (Koral Restaurant)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry operations for Koral Restaurant
- Design and create high-quality desserts and pastries
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all pastry items
- Manage pastry kitchen staff and production schedules
- Monitor trends and introduce new pastry concepts
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Creativity and passion for pastry arts
- Strong technical skills in baking and dessert preparation
- Leadership capabilities to manage a pastry team
- Indonesian Nationals only due to work permit limitations
