Position: Executive Sous Chef
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury resort or hotel environment
- Strong culinary expertise with the ability to create and innovate high quality menus
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the kitchen brigade effectively
- Comprehensive knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Ability to manage food costs and inventory control efficiently
- Passion for culinary excellence and delivering memorable dining experiences
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
